From 15+ years of corporate HR experience in retail, insurance, high tech, health care and higher education to 25+ years as a small business owner, speaker and consultant for a diverse group of small and medium-sized organizations, you know you’re getting a true HRxpert.

Having worked with over 500 for-profit and non-profit organizations since starting HRx in 1992, Arlene partners with leaders to develop and implement do-able strategies to address the short-term issue and long-term success of your organization.

Education

Benefit from Arlene’s MBA (Master of Business Administration) in organizational behavior and her MEd (Master of Education) in counseling, both from Boston University.

Add to that her PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
