In our fantasy managerial world, there are no difficult employees for us to supervise or work with. But then there’s reality. Unfortunately most managers have experienced at least one difficult employee whose style rubs us and others the wrong way. The saddest part of working with difficult employees is the serious impact they typically have on their peers, the morale of your organization, turnover and productivity.

We will cover the impact of difficult employees on the work culture, how to analyze difficult employees, 7 styles of difficult employees as well as management tips for coaching, handling “interventions,” and resolution options when the difficult employee will not or cannot change.
